Yellowstone Meat's  WHOLE  beef package ( Circa 380 lbs of Beef) will keep your family of four fed for about 18 months. You will need 12 to 16 cubic feet of freezer space for your whole beef. Or split with family or neighbors...

 Each beef varies in size. The whole beef includes:

• 25% lean steaks: rib steaks, t-bones, sirloins, tri-tip, top rounds, chuck steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & cube steaks
• 35% sauteing and roasting cuts: chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat
• 40% lean ground beef
